The night shift

While you sleep, your business keeps its promises.

I build AI agent teams for the back office of real businesses: doctors' offices, private practices and therapists, real estate agencies, franchise head offices. They answer, follow up, chase paperwork and watch the market, so your people spend their day with people.

    Where you wouldn't expect it

The work that eats the day is rarely the work that grows it.

You didn't hire people to re-type listings, chase signatures or answer the same email twenty times. You hired them to build the business, and that almost always means being in front of people. Agents take the rest.

    Doctors, private practices & therapists

A front desk that never puts anyone on hold

    • Booking requests answered at any hour, waitlists filled when someone cancels
    • Session and appointment reminders, so fewer no-shows
    • Intake paperwork collected before the first visit
    • Recall lists worked, insurance follow-ups chased, reviews requested
Scheduling and paperwork only. Never clinical decisions, never session content.
    Real estate

Every enquiry answered, in the buyer's language

    • Email, WhatsApp and LINE, in English and Thai
    • Viewings booked, follow-ups every day or two until a lead decides
    • New listings written once, sent to the site and the portals
Never invents a price or a policy. It asks you.
    Franchise HQ

A head office that runs while the founder sells

    • New partners onboarded from signed contract to first quote
    • Training, payment reminders and weekly scorecards on autopilot
    • The founder's know-how answering partner questions around the clock
Anything with money or contracts goes to a person to approve.

    Piper

Takes a new partner from signed contract to sending quotes, without anyone chasing them.

    • Onboarding agent: intake, contract check, daily nudges until forms are done
    • Training academy that unlocks the quote tool when training is complete
    • Branded quotes sent straight to the partner's customers
    • The founder's knowledge, answering partners around the clock
    • A watchdog that audits the platform every 6 hours and fixes common faults

    Penny

Built to cut the owners' messaging from about ten hours a day to about one.

    • A front desk answering buyers and sellers in Thai and English
    • Email, WhatsApp and LINE in one place, with a full CRM behind it
    • Owner-approved replies first, more freedom as trust builds
    • Honest when asked if it's AI; hands off to the right agent by territory
    • Alerts the owners when a lead has waited too long

    My own office
    Mara

The team that runs my business. I test everything on myself first.

    • A chief of staff that assigns the work and sends one short brief each morning
    • An inbox agent that sorts mail and drafts replies for approval
    • An outreach agent that researches, writes, and stops the moment you reply
    • A website agent that improves my sites every week
    • A "council" of three AI models that cross-check anything high-stakes

    How we work

One month to set up. Thirteen to hand over everything that doesn't make you money.

Why not a one-off project? Because it never stays one. Once the first agents are running, every team I work with starts spotting the next thing to hand over, then the next. The partnership is built for that, so we keep adding instead of starting over.

    Month 1 · Setup

Map where your day goes. Connect your inbox and channels. Launch the first agents on the biggest time sink.

    Months 2–14 · Hand over

Each month the agents learn more of your business, your tone and your rules, and take over another piece of the back office. You approve anything important and get one brief a day.

    $775 / month

After a $3,450 setup month. About $12,000 for the first year: less than a part-time assistant, and it works seven days a week.

    Who builds it

I've run the business. Now I build what runs it.

I'm Tim Morrow, an American from Pismo Beach, California, working remotely from Thailand. I've spent most of my career as an executive in healthcare, behavioral health and financial services. Along the way I opened close to 700 locations and hired and trained more than 1,000 people. So this isn't a theory for me.

I start where an executive starts: where's the opportunity, what busywork is in the way, and what has to happen for the business to grow. Then I build the agents that clear the path. Plenty of people can build software. Fewer have run the business it's supposed to help.

I work with fewer than ten clients at a time, so my head is in your business, not spread across fifty. Partnerships run 12 to 24 months, and they start with a mutual interview so we both know it's a fit.

Bring the part of your week you'd most like back. In 20 minutes I'll show you how agents would handle it, and we'll both know whether it's a fit.
